Working collaboratively with a wide cross-section of colleagues, stakeholders and your Board will ensure that the ultimate output is a strategy that is embraced and owned by everyone in your organisation, can respond to healthy challenge and can adapt and grow over time.

I’ll work with you to build your case for support, based on your organisational vision, mission and values; and advise you on the structure that you’ll need to put around fundraising to achieve your potential. Involving key advocates around the fundraising team is essential, and I’ll work with you to clarify what their roles should be; and how your proposals can be presented to potential donors and funders.
